Description: Birmingham, Cornish Brothers 1875 52pp, 9 tissue guarded plates, some coloured. 38x28, green patterned cloth, glt txt. Spine cloth missing, cloth marked, binding loose with some plates detached, contents fair to good. Nicely produced study of St Martin's in the Bullring, the original chuch for the city, which was almost completely reconstructed in the 1870s. The book and the plates record the elements uncovered during the demolition such as the medieval wall paintings.
