Cloth rubbed and slightly split, with damp damage affecting cloth across bottom half of spine, front and book; contents good, with attractive bookplate on ffep. Overall a fair copy, in need of some attention. Pattern book intended to inspire ornamentation and decoration, particularly of churches.
