Description: London. 1868-69 Roughly 800pp per volume, engraved ills + hundreds of pp of fascinating ads. 33x22, cloth. Foxing to end papers, bindings slightly wobbly, spine splitting to vol XXVI, one iv pp signature of ads loose in vol else good. Scarce bound volumes of this great Victorian journal, edited by George GODWIN. While a few issues are missing, as noted, this is still an excellent set of volumes, full of information both great and small.
