Leather significantly rubbed, some edge rubbing, small area of loss on bottom of spine, edges a little grubby, very good thus. Nicholson's brilliance as both a carpenter and practical mathematician helped to make his Guide one of the most importance guide books for the 18th and 19th century craftsman.
