Staples rusted, otherwise very good. Attractively produced little booklets by this New York and New Jersey based architect, who contributed to several journals including The American Architect, where he served as the Engineering Editor. The quality of production is excellent, and several of the cover images are stiking. The focus of the text is on the technical issues that should be considered by the architect.
