Cloth slightly faded, spine split and rubbed, pulling to top and bottom of spine with significant piece missing at the top. Small stamp ex-libris Franciscan Library, Greyfriars, Oxford. Scattered foxing throughout. Condition generally fair to good thus. The 1841 first edition of Pugin's seminal work.
