Some light wear to edges of boards and leather and discolouring to front board, small damp marks to ffep that does not affect contents otherwise. Has an attractive AA Prize label on fep. Very nice copy.  Brown was an Exeter architect, writer and teacher. As well as a long historical section there is material on acoustics, ventilation, heating and other matters.
