Small closed tear on front end paper and very small stain on cover. Printed on high-quality art paper at the Baynard Press, very good copy. Lovely detailed, fine line drawings by Keesey. The Billingham site was just being developed at this time. Later on a planned town was built. Nice item and unusual.
