Description: Bruxelles, Veuve Monnom (extrait des "Traveax Publics", Tome XLV), 1887. 46pp plus 5 large folding plans in rear pocket. Cloth, 23x16. Recased, maps quite fragile and one rebacked but still in good condition. The authors were engineers and worked on the project. The construction of this four arched metal bridge was directed by M Meyer and M Gleim. It made a major contribution to the development of commercial activity in the city, crossing, as it did, into the Zollverein freeport. Lovely maps.
