Stapled, 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall, Book, 48 pp., numerous old pitures of the city, two dates (1950 & 1920) in the back pertain to projected populations in respect to Philadelphia and Pennsylvania respectively, a three inch ink stain in the lower fore edge quadrant of the front cover, and the cover soiled and worn a little at the margins, a name and number partiallly erased at the top portion of the front cover, piece of the upper fore edge corner missing on the back cover and just a corner of that was attached inside the back cover remains, some discoloration at the bottom of some of the pages and a little foxing on a few pages - spine grey and showing staples and some wear - antiquarian.
