Stained pages, binding and endpapers clean. Printed in a Gothic font. Pamphlet concerning a disagreement between Utrecht and Amsterdam about the water route between the two cities and the chaos that arises if trade ships dock before their turn. It seems to be an ongoing subject of worry since 1580. This pamphlet is dated to 20 September 1623.
