Dekker" in ink in lower right corner of paper, left "Evening" in ink by the artist. Remmert Dekker (Zaandam 4 juni 1860-Amsterdam 15 April 1911) was a Dutch artist etcher and worked in Haarlem, Velsen and Amsterdam Thieme Becker, Scheen, Waller. Possibly from the Hoedemaker family.
