He was Bishop of Marseille from 1692 to 1708 and Archbishop of Aix from 1708 to 1729; from 1729 to 1746 he was the Archbishop of Paris. Etching and engraving on hand laid paper, sheet size 267 x 197 mm., platemark 225 x 160 mm. Engraved and published by Louis Crépy, Paris, c. 1725-1754. Louis Crépy (1680-after 1754) was a French engraver and publisher. He was the son of Jean Crépy, and active from c. 1727. In very good condition, nice margins and a deep impression.
