Livre des orateurs. Parijs: L.A. Pagnerre, 1842. Tony Goutière (Toul 1808-1890 Paris) was a French printmaker, illustrator and etcher.He was a student of Jean Thouvenin. Philippe-Auguste Jeanron (1809-1877) was a French painter, curator and author. He was a passionate republican and he opposed the July Monarchy. After the February Revolution of 1848 was made head of National Museums and Director of the Louvre. His genre pictures typically depicted common people In very good condition. Sheet edges a little discoloured.
