Sheet size 170 x 124 mm., platemark 135 x 89 mm., c. 1780 Ferdinand Kobell (Mannheim 1740 - 1799, Munich) was a German painter and printmaker. In very good condition, some scattered foxing in the margins (not affecting image), and discolouration of the right margin edge. An unidentified collection mark (Lugt 2644: monogramme WPL) stamped on the verso.
