Albert Flamen (ca. 1620 - after 1669) was a Flemish engraver, active in Paris where he worked mainly as illustrator on numerous publications. l Naval scene with sailboats within a decorative border of eels and fishing nets; the coat of arms of Monsieur Tronson lower middle.
