Haffman and P. van Dorth booksellers, not before 1763], 8vo., sewn into a envelope like parchment wrapper that is too small for the booklet, 116 pp., worn condition, loose sewing, damaged corners and edges. With some markings in the margins and three handwritten notes on the inside of the parchment wrapper. In the front: "Maarten Jansz Calis" and in later pencil: "Leen Roemer". In the back: "Maarten Jansz Calis heb hij dit boek gekregen in het jaar 1784". Maarten Jansz Calis lived in Alkmaar around 1813-1818.
