Depicted are Dr. David Cohen, Dr. A.J. (Bram) Luyt, Mr K.A. Nederlof at the occasion of the defense by Luyt of his dissertation: "Klikspaans studentenschetsen, bijdrage tot de kennis van Kneppelhout als mensch en als schrijver" Leiden, 1910. David Cohen was professor and would become member of the Joodsche Raad responsible for cooperating to a certain extent with the German occupying forces in the removal of the Jewish population from Amsterdam during the Second World War. Nederlof was a lawyer. Judaica.
