Description: Querlequitsch, Janus Vlegelius (possibly J. Verlem), [1786], 28 pages, with engraved titlepage showing the castle of Marquette in Heemskerk according to Muller but according to a "Verklaaring" it is the werkhuis in Amsterdam with the village of Heemskerk in the background. Softcover paper binding. This poem is a “hekeldicht” for Joachim Rendorp (1728-1792, also visible in the engraving), Vrijheer van Marquette in Heemskerk, mayor of Amsterdam, was given the nickname “ bruggemaker” after he had advised to build a bridge in Amsterdam in front of the werkhuis that collapsed. According to Muller, the anonymous author is J. Nomsz. Muller 4786, Knuttel 21381.
