Description: View on the Canal Grande in Venice with some gondolas; gentlemen conversing in the foreground. On the right and on the left large palaces. Very cloudy sky. For this impression the title has been left out. It would have read: 'Canal Grando zu Venedig wa die Gondoli al Fresco fahren' [litterally translated:'Canal Grande where the gondolas can travel in a fresher temperature].
