Description: Paris, Jacques Lecoffre, [without date, possibly the 1850 edition], 34 x 24.5 cm, 40 maps, handcoloured in outline and a large tableau of the sizes of mountains. Half leather with decorative paper, spine skillfully rebacked, corners of the binding reinforced. The book is in good condition with a solid construction, there are some waterstains in the front and some discolouring due to newspaperclippings. The maps are in good condition, with only some sign of foxing and minor staining and without tears. The book comes with a restoration report (in Dutch).
