The circular, as issued by head-office calls upon all managers of the Albert Heijn subsidiaries to increase their turnover by means of reinforcing the sales-promotion by lower personnel, & the introd. states that managers are already aware of this. In order to increase sales managers are 'invited' to follow a special trainings-course, with at the end a diploma, espicially by the Foundation Develpment Salespromotion.
