This publication commemmorates the centenary of the Rochdale cooperation, 1844-1944. Thomas Rochdale founded, with 28 other weavers a cooperative weaving-factory in order to cut prices for woven materials (direct sales to customers). This cooperation grew in the course of time into a global cooperation of department stores. Owing to the occupation of Norway by the germans this issued appeared 2 years after date as a colouring-book for children. The greater part of plates has not been used.
