Published in Vienna, Austria, in an exceptional de-luexe imitation ivory binding with fine gilded and chiselled edges, exphasizing and suggesting private world od luxury and wealth by its sheer appearance. Very good copy. (covers with some minimal scratching, contents crisp and clean, tears in 2 ll. skilfully restored).
