Information is preceded by information about political relations within the Dutch Kingdom, e.g.: The Netherlands, the East-, West-Indies and minor colonial territories as New Guinea and Surinam; climate and geography, the indonesian population in general, Hinduism and Islam, commercial activities and world-trade: agriculture and strategic minerals, wold-connections by sea and air. An interesting brochure, stressing the importance of the colony from various points of view, incl. the strategic position serving as a buffer-sone to expanding communism in mainland Asia. Good copy.
