Collection of seven odd parts of this english language monthly illustrating war-scenes at the Western front of the First Worldwar, or Great War, originally drawnn on-the-spot by Sir David Muirhead Bone picturing the misery of war. Good set. Bone was a Scottish etcher, drypoint and watercolour artist, appointed to official war artist May 1916. He was recognized as a valuable asset in allied war propaganda.
