The first glossary ever published, compiled by a dutch deputy protestant minister and missionary, who worked for an extended time amongst the Macassarese and Buginese population of South Sulawesi in the nineteenth century. Printed and published by command of the Dutch Bible Society, NBG. Very fine copy of this still very important glossary with botanical references. LACKS the Ethnographic Atlas published in 1895, (ti.-p. a bit brown, NO signs of briffleness however).
