Banten and Preanger-regency. This tribe with her own religion and customs still lives completely isolated from the surrounding javanese muslim population, The so-called outer-Baduj live less strict than the Inner-Baduj, who however control the less strictly living group. The tribe is not to be contacted, neither in colonial days, nor in modern times. Consequently there is few reliable literature and research available. (Bds shaved, some bookplates pasted-in). Dedication in ink by the author on fly-leaf (unsigned). Scarce.
