Funny coloured scene designed and drawn by Jan Lavies, famous dutch draughtsman/designer on behalf of international advertising business (Shell, US automobile industry, KNILM, Cigrarette brands, King Atlas, etc.). This card is one of his less serious designs, produced to commemmorate the liberation of The Hague by the Princess Irene Brigade, May 1945. Very well preserved card.
