Copy printed on large, heavy paper, uncut edges. (inscr. on fly-leaf in ink.) Jan Poortenaar and his wife Mrs. Poortenaar- Van Vladeracken travelled through dutch colonial Indonesia for almost two years. Their impressions and comments on Indonesian artists and their paintings, especially of Balinese origin, are still of artistic and historical value. Copy printed with wide margins and uncut. Good. (inscr, in ink, and blind-stamped address by previous owner on first blank, with a signature in ink, waterstain on front boards, contents very fine and clean).
