Closing Bulletin Nos. 37 & 38, covering the period 1 August 1870 to 14th April 1871, in which the official dutch Red Cross Committée accounts for materia aid supplied during the period to France and Germany (French-German war 1870-1871) incl. an address to the french Red Cross organization in french language; further material aid is accounted for supplies to dutch colonial Indonesia, i.a. to Banjermassin (dutch territory of Borneo); also including official correspondence between the dutch organzation and their counterparts in France and dutch colonial Indonesia. On last page the Commitee calls for a General Meeting for September 1871, with includes a name-list of members of the Central Committee as J. Boscha (President), C.T. van Meurs (Vice-president), C.J.G. Baron van Hardenbroek Van Bergambacht (treasurer), &c..A very interesting report. Very good copy. Rare.
