Recent clothbacked original black coloured wrappers, title in whit type on front wrapper. 79pp. Ills., incl. portraits of defendants, on 2 plates out-of-text, name-list of persons related to in the course of the trial. One of the notorious show-cases as held at the Budapest County Court, against six defendants, with as main accused Lászlo Bálint and five of his accomplices, accused of espionnage [for Yougoslavia], terrorist activities through kidnapping. Presiding the courst vas Vilmos Olti. Four of the defendants were sentenced to death, but went into appeal. Compiled on the basis of the shorthand minutes taken during the trial. Curious & Interesting. Good copy. (a little bit of dog-earing).
