Album with tog. 12 stiff leaves (printed recto/verso). With 50 fine coloured cigarette cards pasted-in, initials, many text-ills. after drawings, drawing of Westminster Abbey inside front wrapper, illustration proclaiming the King printed inside lower outer wrap., text printed in greyish colour, within a floral typographical border throughout. A promotional coronation album by John Player & Son, commemmorating this coronation. 2 cards depict. the King and Queen, other cards depict. civil, religious and military historic ceremonial dress of dignitaries. Title printed at head of each page:The Coronation of T. (sic!) M. King George VI & Queen Elizabeth. A very nice copy of this promotional Album. Complete.
