Nahuys van Burgst] published brochure, a critical assessment of a free Press, not subject to censorship and penal law, after half a century of practice in the Dutch East Indies. Actually freedom of Press dit not really exist in the Dutch East Indies' public domain. Athor illustrates his discorse with some case studies. (author was a high ranked civil servant, a.o.
