Total size 34.5x20cm. Partly printed in bold black lettering filled-in in a very nice hand in Ms. in black ink where appropriate, signed at tail in Ms. in ink by the Rector Suringar and various Leiden teachers, later Professors at Leyden University as Kuenen, Dr. C.G. Cobet, C. Kop, Steenhoff, &c. The awarded pupil in question, A. van den Brandeler made his career as one of the most famous Leyden University Professors. This odd volume of Schiller's collected works from the estate of Van Den Brandeler. Very good copy.Rare.
