On the 10th of August 1925, the Gelderland Municipality of Borculo, situated in a part of the province called De Achterhoek, was, completely unforeseen, hit by a Cyclone that caused enormous devastations to houses & buildings, and loss of lives. Cyclones are a rarity in the Netherlands, and almost never occur. The picture-postcards depict. only the devastations, published on behalf of the victims. Good copy.
