First edition, ff. 248, signed by the author on the verso of the title as a token of genuineness, apart from the prelims, tables printed in four columns, a bit browned in places, title-page fragile at edges, recent half calf, marbled boards. Not in Goldsmith's or Kress; Copac locates copies at BL, Bodley and Birmingham.
