Undated [autumn 1870?]. Full title reads: "La Revolution pacifique, morale, politique, é conomique, sociale, littéraire, scientifique, artistique, industrielle et financière. Journal quotidien. Rédacteur en chef Alfred Sirven : Programme". [At head of title" Pour paraître après la levée de l'Etat de Siège"].
