One of the 45 self- published books issued by Pastor Jan Maliarik of Brno (Moravia) in five languages, totalling thousands of pages, in which he promotes the holy principles of the earth- universal-state (his religion of liberal universalism and pacifism). Written in an extremely eccentric exalted style, most pages in bold type with lots of exclamation points ["..U-n-d D-e-s-t-o- E-h-e-r W-i-r-d usere Erden-hölle in Paradies--respektive in HIMMEL--Umgewandelt Werden!!!--" (page 15). [Pratap, promoting his "World Federation on the Basis of Universal Understanding, Love & Justice, Renunciation & Service" identifies himself as president of the Provisional Government of India, founded at Kabul on 1 December 1915].
