VI,in the British museum, Ms. Bodley 180, and Ms. Junius 12, in the Bodleian library. The authorship of the Anglo-Saxon meters of Boethius is not definitely determined, but evidences lead to assigning the work to Alfred the Great. cf. Introd. p. xxxv-xlviii.]
