Miss Talbot presents her compliments to Morieu & begs to say she has great pleasure in sending him 1 copy of each of the 1st & 2nd Series of Margan & Penrice Mss. ...’ Walter de Gray Birch (1842-1924) came up to Trinity College, Cambridge, in 1860, and worked in the Department of Manuscripts at the British Museum from 1864 until 1902.
