Lyn Kramer (1942-2024). Sculptor who worked with the famous taxidermy firm of Rowland Ward. In 1969 she joined the staff of Madame Tussaud's. Her work there included the portraits of Agatha Christie, Richard Nixon, The Shah of Iran, and Leonid Brezhnev. Latterly she has worked mainly in bronze on major figures in the World of Art and Literature, including Seamus Heaney, Samuel Beckett, Benedict Kiely and Derek Mahon.
