Some browning and spotting, ownership inscription to head of title page erased with sl. paper loss, pp.9-10 lacking 30% portion affecting text, pp.3-4 with reinforced borders creased and with sl. loss to lettering, fly-title to first work restored with large blank portion replaced, with the signature of W Edwards Easthorpe’ to front f.e.p., later half calf with marbled boards, minor wear, gilt tooling with gilt lettered label to spine. ¶ With a positive contemporary review in the The Imperial Magazine; Volume 9, published 1827.
