First edition of Reinicke's version of Luigi Marracci's famous translation of the Qur'an (Padua 1698) including his criticism of the Muslim doctrines. Marracci (1612-1700) was an Italian oriental scholar and professor of Arabic at the College of Wisdom in Paris.
