Ribbon-bound in the traditional Japanese style. Original brown wrapper with blind-patterned floral motifs. Printed title label on front cover. Limited edition, of which this is number 389 of 500 copies. Hazama Inosuke, a Japanese artist and printmaker who lived in France for many years and studied with Henri Matisse. Later in life he came to devote himself to pottery, especially Katuni ware. Haru Sato, renowned Japanese novelist and poet, known for his works of melancholy. A lovely copy.
