First printing, first state with $2.00 price marked on front flap. 394 pp. + (4) ads, profusely illustrated with 14 photo plates, many line drawings, index, octavo format in rust-brown cloth with front cover and spine illustrated in black and gilt. The text itself is Nearly Fine with no owner's name, no significant wear to text, binding firm, cloth very bright. There is very slight wear to the cloth at the tips. The dust jacket is very fragile and has some loss along the bottom-edge of the front panel (about 1/2" deep in places). There are also edge-tears, the larges about 2" to the rear foldover. There are some chips to the extremities and some staining to the backstrip of the dust jacket. Also a few areas of tape reinforcement to the inside of the dust jacket. In spite of all this the dust jacket is quite respectable Photos available upon request. Good/Dust Jacket Included.
