Thornton & Tully p158 ' William Lewis has been neglected by historians. He taught chemistry and was a pharmacologist, and with Alexander Chisholm issued the New Dispensatory in 1753'. His Materia Medica includes the heavy metals as well as natural substances. Very Good.
