Description: James Nisbet, 1848. Used - Acceptable. Fair hardback . Brown cloth with gilt goat on front board and blind decorative frames on both boards; faded and browned spine with gilt lettering and decorations; some wear, particularly at spine head; upper section of both joints split and repaired. Label on front pastedown; remnants of labels on both pastedowns. Both hinges cracked and repaired. Binding came loose at some stage, so text block somewhat misaligned and some page edges a little worn. Strange blue stains on pp 59-60, 69-71 but generally text clean.
