A remarkably well preserved, virtually fine copy in very lightly rubbed and soiled dust wrapper. An early novel by the daughter of Wilfrid and Alice Thompson Meynell, and the sister of Nonesuch Press-founder Francis Meynell with whom in the pre-war days she made homemade books on the kitchen table. Uncommon, and much more so with the dust wrapper. Near Fine/Very Good.
