Binding just a fraction tender in places. Free endpapers browned and with just a touch of spotting to two or three preliminary and concluding leaves. Contemporary (1911) former owner details neatly inked to the front free endpaper. Very good. No dust wrapper. Nine narrative essays, seven of which here make their first appearance in print.
